Uncle Matt’s Grapefruit Sweet Tart Mocktail
Pucker up! This tart yet sweet mocktail featuring Uncle Matt’s Organic Grapefruit Juice has cupid’s stamp of approval. With vibrant shades of red and pink, this lovely mocktail is perfect for your Galentine’s Day brunch or sharing with your sweetheart.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Uncle Matt’s Organic Grapefruit Juice
- 2 tbsp organic simple syrup (equal parts water, equal parts sugar)
- 1/4 cup club soda
- 1 tbsp grenadine syrup
Instructions
Add grapefruit juice to glass. Add simple syrup to grapefruit juice. Top each glass off with club soda. Slowly pour grenadine into the juice and allow it to settle into the bottom of the glass. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit if desired and serve.
