Sunset Citrus Sparkler

Ingredients:
2 oz grapefruit sparking water
1 rosemary sprig
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 oz ginger beer
2 oz Uncle Matt’s Organic Grapefruit juice
Instructions:
In a glass, combine Uncle Matt’s Organic grapefruit juice, grapefruit sparkling water, and simple syrup. Add ginger beer to the mix. Stir well with ice. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig.
