Grapefruit Dijon Vinaigrette

This Grapefruit Dijon Vinaigrette features Uncle Matt’s Organic Grapefruit Juice and Dijon mustard for a tangy, tart salad topper perfect for winter citrus season.
Ingredients:
½ cup Uncle Matt’s Organic Grapefruit Juice
1 organic ripe pear, pureed
1 tbsp organic Dijon mustard
½ organic avocado
Olive oil or avocado oil for preferred consistency
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend. Add additional oil for desired consistency and salt and pepper to taste.
