Strawberry Champagne Vinaigrette

Made with Uncle Matt’s Organic No Sugar Added Strawberry Lemonade, this homemade dressing offers a delightful blend of tart and sweet flavors. Ingredients:
- 10 organic frozen strawberries, thawed
- ¼ Uncle Matt’s Organic No Sugar Added Strawberry Lemonade
- ¼ cup organic sugar
- 2 tbsp organic champagne vinegar
- 2 tbsp organic olive oil
Instructions:
1. Combine the strawberries, strawberry lemonade, sugar and vinegar in a blender and puree until smooth.
2. Add the olive oil and pulse until combined.
3. Serve over your favorite salad.
