Uncle Matt’s Breakfast Board
Are you hosting a house full of family for the holidays and a little daunted by how to feed everyone a breakfast they’ll enjoy? Have no fear, Uncle Matt’s breakfast charcuterie board is here! Now you can please everybody with a wide variety of breakfast staples all presented in one beautiful board. Your fam is sure to love feasting on all these options (after they get finished taking pictures of this work of art. Phone eats first, after all)
Ingredients:
- One large wooden display or cutting board
- 1-2 small ramekins for organic syrup5 organic hard-boiled eggs cut in half length wise
- Assortment of colorful organic fruits such as:
- Kiwis
- Strawberries
- Grapes
- Orange slices
- Grapefruit slices
- Blueberries
- 12-24 mini pancakes (depending on party size)
- 12-24 organic sausage links (or replace with organic bacon)
- Organic mint for garnish
- Uncle Matt’s Organic Ultimate Immune and Grapefruit Juice
- Organic syrup
Directions:
Carefully place and group breakfast items on the breakfast board. Start with placing the mini pancakes in a diagonal curved layout. Work outwards from the pancakes by placing small bundles of fruit and sausage throughout the board. Fill in any open gaps where the wood can be seen with any remaining ingredients such as hard-boiled eggs and mint. You can use our board design as a guide, but get creative with breakfast classics and fruit assortments your family loves.
