Ultimate Fruit Salad
Say goodbye to your traditional chopped fruit bowl and hello to our ultimate fruit salad! This medley showcases fruit favorites but with a little added umph. Uncle Matt’s Ultimate Defense juice perfectly pairs spicy and sweet for an ultimate hors d’oeuvre, meal prep or covered dish!
Serves: 6-8
Ingredients:
1 cup blueberries
1 ½ cup quartered strawberries
1 cup quartered kiwis
½ cup halved grapes
1 ½ cup cubed pineapple
3 oz Uncle Matt’s Organic Ultimate Defense
1 ½ tsp fresh lime juice
1 ½ tsp agave
Method:
To a large bowl, add all of the prepared fruit and set aside.
To a small bowl, add the orange juice, lime, juice, agave, and whisk to combine. Taste and add additional agave if desired.
Pour the orange dressing over the fruit salad and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
