2 oz. Square One Cucumber Organic Vodka
4 oz. Uncle Matt’s Organic Ultimate Defense
1 oz. organic lemon juice
.5 oz organic honey
3 basil leaves, torn into pieces
club soda
In a 20 ounce pint glass or large tumbler, place basil leaves in bottom of glass and muddle with cocktail muddler or wooden spoon to release the basil essence. Pour Cucumber vodka, Ultimate Defense, lemon juice, and honey. Stir briefly to ensure honey is incorporated, then add ice, top with club soda and garnish with an orange slice.
