Sweet cinnamon spice with a fresh orange slice! Spoon this beauti-fall rendition of an orange creamsicle this time of year. Just when you thought you’d enjoyed Uncle Matt’s Organic OJ in every creamsicle-inspired recipe possible, it turns out the pulp-abilities are really endless. What’s more, this creamsicle mousse can also be made dairy-free!

Ingredients:

2 scoops of organic vanilla ice cream (sub a dairy-free version if you’d prefer)

1 cup Uncle Matt’s Organic Orange Juice

1 cup organic heavy cream (or dairy-free heavy cream)

1 tablespoon honey

1/4 teaspoon orange zest – from an organic orange!

For garnish- Fresh or dry orange slices, mint and a dash of cinnamon

Directions:

1. Put everything together in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour in a cup and drizzle some orange juice on top.
3. Garnish with fresh or dry orange slice, mint and a dash of cinnamon.
