Orange Cranberry Turkey Meatloaf
Making a turkey for Thanksgiving can be a big undertaking! Orange Cranberry Turkey Meatloaf features all the staples of Turkey Day with stuffing, cranberries and turkey, of course, all in one easy dish. Plus, with an added citrus twist from Uncle Matt’s Organic orange juice, you really are experiencing all the seasonal highlights in each bite!
Ingredients:
Orange Cranberry Turkey Meatloaf:
- 1lb organic ground turkey
- 1 cup organic herbed stuffing mix (make sure to shake it really well so the seasonings are mixed in)
- 1/2 cup dried organic cranberries
- 1/4 cup Uncle Matt’s Organic orange juice
- 1 organic egg
- 1/2 tsp organic onion powder
For glaze:
- 1 cup organic whole cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup Uncle Matt’s Organic orange juice
- 1 tbsp organic orange zest
Instructions:
- Mix together meatloaf ingredients and put in pan.
- Pour the glaze over the pan.
- Bake at 375°F for 40 mins or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 165°F
