Lemon Cherry Vodka Ice
We’re springing into warmer weather with this delish frozen adult beverage! This icy refresher features Uncle Matt’s No Sugar Added Lemonade and is perfect for making for groups of friends. Leave out the vodka for a family-friendly treat the kids can enjoy, too!
Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 12oz bag frozen pitted organic dark sweet cherries
2 cups Uncle Matt’s Organic No Sugar Added Lemonade
1 tbsp organic honey
1 tsp rosemary, chopped
6-8 oz vodka
2 cups ice
4 sprigs organic rosemary for garnish
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender except for garnish. Pulse in blender until smooth then pour evenly into four glasses. Complete with a fresh rosemary garnish.
