Ginger Grapefruit Bourbon Sour
Fall punch bowl, anyone? Bourbon always brings out all the fall feels. When served alongside a medley of citrus – lemon, lime and grapefruit juice – it’s too good not to make in big batch for sharing with a crowd. Be prepared to double or triple this recipe. This one is going to be a hit!
Ingredients:
1 cup organic sugar
2 cups water
4-inch piece of organic ginger, grated
1 ½ cups organic lime juice
½ cup organic lemon juice
3 ½ cups Uncle Matt’s Organic Grapefruit Juice
2 cup bourbon
Fresh grapefruit and lime slices for garnish
Directions:
1. Add sugar and water to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Let sugar dissolve completely to make a simple syrup. Remove from heat and let cool.
2. Add all ingredients to a large drink dispenser or punch bowl and stir to combine.
3. Let the mixture chill before serving. Serve over ice and garnish with lime and grapefruit slices.
