We love squash this time of year, and with a little Uncle Matt\u2019s Organic Orange Juice in the mix, this dip is fall citrus bliss. This starter is so easy to throw together and is packed with fiber and potassium for a nutrient rich app!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 15 oz can organic butternut squash (or puree fresh butternut squash)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup organic white cannellini beans, drained<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp tahini<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp organic roasted garlic<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp organic maple syrup<\/li>\n<li>3 tbsp organic EVOO<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup Uncle Matt\u2019s Organic Orange Juice<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp organic orange zest<\/li>\n<li>Dash organic cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>Salt\/pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Fold in:<\/em> 1 cup organic finely chopped arugula<\/p>\n<p><em>Garnish:<\/em> organic arugula, \u00bd organic orange (peeled and cubed), dash of cayenne<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Add all dip ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth.<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Add finely chopped arugula to the mixture and fold in.
