Uncle Matt’s Asian Orange Chicken Wings

These Asian Orange Chicken Wings are a quick and easy weeknight main dish! Tossed in a delicious DIY orange sauce, you’ll taste a sweet, tangy and citrusy flavor that you won’t believe you can make on your own. What the secret to the sauce? The main ingredient – Uncle Matt’s Organic Ultimate Immune juice!
Ingredients:
For the chicken:
- 2 lb organic chicken wings
- 2 tbsp organic sesame oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
For the sauce:
- 1/3 cup Ultimate Immune Juice
- 3 tbsp organic soy sauce
- 4 tbsp organic brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Sambal Oelek chili paste
Garnish:
- organic cilantro (chopped)
- organic green onions
- organic sesame seeds
- organic lime wedges
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Place chicken on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper; toss to thoroughly coat. Arrange in a single layer and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly browned.
3. Combine the Ultimate Immune, soy sauce, brown sugar and sambal oelek.
4. When the chicken is browned, transfer the wings to a large bowl. Add half the sauce and toss to coat.
5. Return the wings to the lined sheet pan and arrange in a single layer. Roast for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until browned. Remove from the oven.
6. Toss with the remaining sauce and sprinkle with chopped cilantro, sesame seeds, and green onions. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
