Ultimate Immune Blueberry Pancakes

What better way to enjoy this breakfast treat than with tasty pancakes that feature Uncle Matt’s Ultimate Immune Juice? Plus, top them with our organic orange syrup for the ultimate organic breakfast.

Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ cups organic all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp organic granulated sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1/2 cup organic milk
- ½ cup Uncle Matt’s Ultimate Immune Juice
- 1 organic egg
- ½ tbsp organic butter, melted
- ½ cup fresh organic blueberries
Directions:
- Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, juice and egg. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until the batter just comes together. Stir in the butter and blueberries.
- Heat a lightly oiled skillet or nonstick frying pan over medium.
- Scoop about ¼ cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
