Ultimate Defense Panna Cotta

Vanilla layer 

Ingredients: 

• 1 cup organic milk 
• 1/2 cup organic condensed milk
• 2 tbsp organic vanilla extract 
• 1 tsp organic agar agar powder 

Instructions: 

1. Bring to boil to activate the agar.
2. Pour as a first layer into the molds.
3. Let it set for 30 minutes. 

Orange layer 

Ingredients: 

• 2 cups Uncle Matt’s Organic Ultimate Defense
• 1 tsp organic agar agar powder
• 1 tsp organic vanilla extract

Instructions: 

1. Bring to boil. Pour as a second layer.
2. Let it cool.
3. Refrigerate for 2 hours. 

Garnish with organic blueberries and fresh rosemary. Serve and enjoy!
