“Super” Burrito Bowl
Have big plans for the big game? How about whipping up a batch of “super” burrito bowls? You can double, triple or even quadruple the toppings to feed a crowd. Plus, no super burrito bowl is complete without a glass of Uncle Matt’s Organic Lemonade. Enjoy on its own or in our Limoncello Margarita!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups organic white rice
- 1 cup organic shredded lettuce
- ½ cup organic shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 diced organic red pepper
- 1 can organic corn, cooked
- 1 can organic black beans, cooked
- 1 cup preferred protein, organic chicken or steak, cooked
- ¼ cup organic pickled onions
- 1 organic jalapeno, sliced
- Organic sour cream to taste
Build your bowl:
Start with a base layer of rice in a bowl and top with shredded lettuce. Add your desired toppings in preferred amounts using our recipe photo as a guide. Top with sour cream if you wish. Enjoy a glass of Uncle Matt’s Organic No Sugar Added Lemonade on the side for a complete meal.
