Spiced Sunset Mocktail
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Uncle Matt’s Organic Ultimate Defense Juice
1/2 cup Club Soda
1/2 cup watermelon juice
Pinch of salt
Pinch of paprika
Crushed ginger for garnish
Star anise to decorate
Directions:
In a glass, add Uncle Matt’s Organic Ultimate Defense Juice, club soda, pinch of salt, pinch of paprika and mix well. Add chilled watermelon juice slowly and from sides so that both juices don’t mix. Garnish with anise and ginger and enjoy! Can be made an adult beverage with spiced rum.
