Organic Candy Corn Parfait
We know, we know. Not everyone loves the taste of candy corn, but you can still create candy corn-inspired fruit fun for the kiddos this Halloween! The little ones can even help with making these festive treats. Complete with a splash of Uncle Matt’s Organic Homestyle Lemonade!
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped organic pineapple
2 peeled and separated organic clementines
1 cup organic whipped cream
½ cup Uncle Matt’s Organic Homestyle Lemonade
Directions:
Using two short, clear glasses, start with layering the chopped pineapple evenly in the bottom of the glasses. Next, layer the clementine wedges in each glass. Pour lemonade over the fruit layers. Complete the candy corn color scheme with a layer of whipped cream on top of the fruit.
