Orange Pumpkin Fruit Cups
Who said Halloween is only about the candy? These adorable little treats are perfect for your kid’s school Halloween party or as a snack when they get home from trick-or-treating. Ingredients:
4 organic oranges (firmer the better for carving!)
½ cup organic blueberries
½ cup organic raspberries
½ cup organic grapes
Directions:
Slice off the top quarter of each orange. Scoop out the fruit inside each orange and chop into small pieces. With a sharp knife, carefully carve the round orange peel to cut out small, friendly jack-o-lantern faces. Once carved, fill each orange peel with an assortment of berries and chopped orange fruit. Ta-da!
