Orange Goddess Dressing
A zesty blend of Uncle Matt’s Organic OJ, tahini, and a hint of toasted sesame oil makes this creamy dressing your new go-to for salads, grain bowls, and veggie platters. It’s citrus bliss in every bite!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup organic olive or avocado oil
1/2 cup organic tahini
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp toasted organic sesame oil
3–4 tbsp Uncle Matt’s Organic OJ
2 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce
3 organic garlic cloves
Handful of fresh organic parsley
1 nub ginger (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Zest of two oranges (optional)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
