OJ Cookie Balls
Ingredients
- 1 12 oz box organic vanilla wafer cookies, crushed
- 3/4 cup organic powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup organic walnut pieces or any other chopped nut
- 3/4 cup shredded organic coconut
- 1/2 cup Uncle Matt’s Organic Pulp Free Orange Juice
Instructions

Combine all ingredients, mixing well until evenly coated.

Roll into 1 inch balls with your hands and place on a wax paper lined baking sheet.

Refrigerate for at least an hour.

Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated.

These will freeze well.
