Limoncello Margarita
We put our No Sugar Added Lemonade to the zest in this limoncello margarita! This sweet and sour beverage is the perfect way to experience one of our favorite citrus fruits – lemons!
Ingredients:
3 oz Uncle Matt’s No Sugar Added Lemonade
2 oz limoncello
1 oz organic silver tequila
For Garnish:
Zest from 1 organic lemon
Slices of 1 organic lemon
2 tbsp organic cane sugar
2 tbsp salt
Directions:
On a small plate, combine the sugar, salt and lemon zest. Use a slice of lemon to lightly dampen the rim of your margarita glasses. Turn the rim of the glasses in the mixture on the plate until you have your desired amount of garnish.
Separately, fill a shaker with ice, lemonade, limoncello and silver tequila of your choice. Shake well. Add ice to your salt and sugar rimmed glasses, and pour the shaker over the ice. Garnish with a slice of fresh lemon.
