Lemon Orange Salsa
An appetizer for your next fiesta – citrus style! This is a refreshing take on traditional salsa featuring all of our favorite citrus fruits. Snack on this salsa with tortilla chips or use it as a topping on grilled chicken tacos. We’ve also heard this tastes great with our Limoncello Margarita and Strawberry Pink Senoritas!
Ingredients:
1 organic Florida orange, peeled and chopped
1 organic Florida grapefruit, peeled and chopped
1 organic avocado, chopped
1/2 organic red onion, chopped
1/4 cup Uncle Matt’s No Sugar Added Lemonade
1/4 cup organic cilantro, finely chopped
Optional: 1/4 cup organic jalapeño (no seeds), finely chopped
Salt to taste
Directions:
Wash, peel, chop and seed all vegetables. Combine all vegetables in a serving bowl. Pour lemonade over the top of the veggies. Top with salt, cilantro and jalapeno (if desired). Stir the salsa and refrigerate until you’re ready to serve.
