What’s sweet, tangy, and almost too pretty to eat? These Grapefruit Smoothie Bowls! Packed with organic goodness and topped with your favorites, they’re the best way to start your day.

Ingredients

4 organic grapefruit
1/4 cup Uncle Matt’s Organic Grapefruit Juice
1 large organic orange
2 frozen organic bananas
1/4 cup organic coconut milk
Toppings: organic grapefruit wedges, organic coconut flakes, organic banana slices

Instructions

1. Slice the top third off each grapefruit and scoop out the fruit. Rinse and dry the shells to use as bowls.
2. Blend Uncle Matt’s Organic Grapefruit Juice with orange, frozen bananas, and coconut milk until smooth. Adjust thickness as needed.
3. Pour the smoothie into grapefruit bowls and top with grapefruit wedges, coconut flakes, and banana slices. Enjoy!
