Grapefruit Fig Spritzer

Ingredients:
1/2 organic fig
1 organic mint sprig
1 oz Uncle Matt’s Organic Grapefruit Juice
2 oz prosecco
2 oz sparkling water
1/2 organic fig (for garnish)
Extra mint sprig (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Muddle the fig, mint sprig, and Uncle Matt’s Organic Grapefruit Juice at the bottom of your glass.
- Add 2 oz of prosecco and 2 oz of sparkling water.
- Garnish with 1/2 fig and a mint sprig.
