Goat Cheese With Orange Sauce
We love this a whole brunch, especially because it’s National Brunch Month! Our goat cheese with orange sauce is the perfect addition to your midmorning spread along with some of our other favorites: bagels, berries, hard boiled eggs and more. Plus, it’s even better with a side of Uncle Matt’s Organic Orange Juice or (bottomless) mimosas!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Uncle Matt’s Organic Orange Juice
- 8 oz log organic goat cheese
- ¼ cup chopped organic scallions
- 1tsp organic red pepper flakes
- ¼ cup chopped organic pistachios
- Fresh sprigs of organic thyme
Serve with bagels, crackers, berries, hard boiled eggs and Uncle Matt’s Organic Orange Juice
Directions:
Bring the orange juice to a boil. Lower the heat to a simmer. Cook until reduced by half and makes about a cup. Place the goat cheese in a baking dish. Pour the hot orange sauce over the top. Garnish with the scallions, red pepper, and pistachios. Top with a few sprigs of fresh thyme. Serve with your favorite brunch items and Uncle Matt’s Organic Orange Juice.
