Frozen Uncle Matt’s Granita
Looking for the ultimate bevvy for your Saturday wind-down? Chill out with our frozen granita infused with three different citrus flavors. It’s a refreshing cocktail that’s fun to make and perfect for sharing!
Ingredients:
- 2 organic lemons (juice of)
- 2 organic limes (juice of)
- 1/2 cup Uncle Matt’s Organic Pulp Free OJ
- 1 bottle Moscato or any dry white wine (adjust to your preference)
- 3/4 cup organic vodka
- organic orange slices (for serving)
Directions:
Pour the wine into two ice cube trays and freeze overnight (or a minimum of 4 hours until fully frozen). Once the wine is frozen, place the ice cubes in a blender along with lemon juice, lime juice, Uncle Matt’s OJ and vodka. Pour into cups, garnish with an orange slice, and serve!
