Frozen Grapefruit Aperol Spritz
Wine slushie anyone? That’s the vibe we’re getting from this Frozen Grapefruit Aperol Spritz featuring our delicious organic grapefruit juice! If you could fit a tropical vacation into a glass, it would look a lot like this!
Makes 2 drinks
Ingredients:
1 cup ice
1 cup Uncle Matt’s Organic Grapefruit Juice
6 ounces Aperol
2 cups prosecco
Slices of fresh Florida organic grapefruit for garnish
Rosemary for garnish
Directions:
Blend ice, grapefruit juice and Aperol in a blender until you’ve reached a slushie consistency. Pour evenly into two glasses. Top each glass with a cup of prosecco. Give your slushie a stir to mix in the prosecco. Garnish with a fresh slice of grapefruit and rosemary. Cheers!
