Citrus Avocado Dip/Dressing
Is it a dip, a dressing, or both? Actually, both! This flavorful dip or dressing is perfect with veggies, on salads, tacos and more (anyone like sweet potato fries?)! Avocados are heart healthy fats and paired with Uncle Matt’s OJ, it’s a clear, delicious winner!
Ingredients:
2 organic avocados (ripe)
1 tbsp organic cilantro
1 lime, zest and juice of
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup of Uncle Matt’s Organic OJ
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Add salt & pepper as desired. To utilize as a salad dressing, and 1tbsp of water and whisk to your desired thinness.
Will keep 3 days in the fridge or frozen for a month in an airtight container.
