Citrus Avocado Dip/Dressing
Is it a dip, a dressing, or both? Actually, both! This flavorful dip/dressing is perfect with veggies, on salads, tacos and more (anyone like sweet potato fries?)! Avocados are heart healthy fats and when paired with Uncle Matt’s OJ, it’s a clear, delicious winner!
Ingredients:
2 organic avocados (ripe)
1 tbsp organic cilantro
1 lime, zest and juice of
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup of Uncle Matt’s Organic OJ
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Add salt & pepper as desired. To utilize as a salad dressing, and 1tbsp of water and whisk to your desired thinness.
Will keep 3 days in the fridge or frozen for a month in an airtight container.
