Christmas Superfruit Punch

Elevate your gatherings with this vibrant and refreshing holiday punch that dazzles both the eyes and the palate! Bursting with the sweet-tart flavors of our Superfruit Punch and Orange Juice, combined with the herbal elegance of rosemary and a touch of star anise, this punch is a festive blend that’s perfect for any celebration!
Ingredients
3-4 cups organic pomegranate juice
2 cups Uncle Matt’s Organic OJ
1 cup Uncle Matt’s Organic Superfruit Punch
1/2 cup organic lime juice
1 cup Cointreau (orange liquor)
1 cup vodka
4 sprigs organic rosemary
1-2 star anise (optional)
1 bottle (750 ml) champagne
2 bottles ginger beer
2 organic apples or oranges sliced
1 cup pomegranate arils
Instructions
- 1. In a large pitcher, combine the pomegranate juice, orange juice, cranberry juice, lime juice, Cointreau, and vodka. Stir until combined. Add the rosemary and 1-2 star anise (if you like). Chill until ready to serve. 2. Just before serving, add ice to your punch bowl. Pour over the champagne and ginger beer. Mix in the apple/orange slices and pomegranate arils.
3. Add ice to cocktail glasses and pour over the punch. Serve with sugared cranberries and rosemary.
Sugared Cranberries
- In a medium bowl, stir together 2 cups fresh cranberries with 1/2 cup pure maple syrup or honey. Let sit 10-15 minutes. Strain the cranberries, then add them to a parchment-lined baking sheet.2. Toss the cranberries with 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar until all the cranberries are coated. Allow the cranberries to dry in a single layer for at least one hour.
