With a name like that, you have to try it, right? The “smash” comes from muddling orange and cherries to create a sweet citrus flavor. With a little bit of soda water and lemonade, you’ll have your very own spiked fizzy drink to kick off your weekend!

Makes 2 drinks

Ingredients:

1/2 organic Florida orange

2 organic maraschino cherries

3 oz of bourbon

1/4 organic lemon

2 tbsps. organic honey

1/2 can organic sparkling soda water

1/2 cup Uncle Matt’s No Sugar Added Lemonade

Directions:

1. In two different glasses, muddle 1/4 orange slice and one cherry in the bottom of each glass.
2. Add 1 1/2 ounces of bourbon, 1/4 cup of lemonade, 1 tablespoon of honey and 1/4 can of sparkling soda water to each glass and stir.
3. Cut the 1/4 lemon into wedges. Add a couple cubes of ice to each glass, garnish with a slice of lemon and sip!
