Uncle Matt’s Mimosas
Peanut butter and jelly, ketchup and mustard, cream and sugar – some things are just better together! Allow us to add champagne and orange juice to this list of dynamic duos. Whether you prefer pulp, no pulp, boosted with calcium or our Organic Orange Light, all of these orange juice blends have one thing in common. They pair perfectly with champagne! Cheers!
Make 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 (750 ml) bottle chilled dry sparkling wine or champagne
- 3 cups (750 ml) chilled Uncle Matt’s Organic orange juice
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) Grand Marnier or triple sec, optional
Directions:
Fill 8 champagne flutes halfway with chilled sparkling wine. Top with orange juice. If you are using Grand Marnier or triple sec, leave a little room on top for 1 tablespoon per flute.
