Uncle Matt’s Note: Not-from-concentrate is juice that was never concentrated and instead is fresh squeezed and then pasteurized. In contrast, concentrated orange juice removes the water for better storage and handling. Unfortunately, the concentrating process diminishes the flavor and taste of the juice, taking away that fresh squeezed aroma. With not-from-concentrate the juice is closer to the taste of the real thing –– fresh squeezed!

I have to tell you that your orange juice is the best juice on the market - organic or conventional. I am constantly urging my grocers to keep it in stock, and I have recommended it to everyone I know. It is the best! I also need to tell you that my niece could not tolerate any of the conventional "low-acid" orange juice brands. She could, however, easily tolerate Uncle Matt's! If I had not read the side of your bottle, at the time, I would never have known about Uncle Matt's being naturally low in acid.

Always looking for alternatives to trans-national corporation OJ I picked up a container of yours at my neighborhood Publix in Jacksonville. I tasted the difference between your's and everyone else's product immediately. It has a freshness that I don't taste in the others. It really tastes fresh-squeezed.
