Using a unique family recipe developed over four generations ago, Uncle Matt’s Organic Orange Juice is a delicious blend of organic Hamlin and Valencia oranges. The farmers wait to harvest the oranges when the brix (farmer jargon for sugar!) is high and the acid is low, guaranteeing a smooth, sweet taste. Each piece of fruit is “soft squeezed” using an FMC premium juice extractor that simultaneously separates the juice from the peel during pressing thus reducing the potential for any bitterness from the peel.
